excellent shopping area with clothes boutiques, household, furniture
and funishing stores plus numerous caffes and bars but also holds
annual religious and music festivals throughout the summer period.
The property is situated in a tranquil area on the outskirts of
Cisternino; which is only 4kms away. It has excellent furnishings and
touches to give it that extra comfortable & homely feel.
The structure itself is built in the traditional style with features
such as barrel vaulted ceilings and stone flooring. On entering the
property you are immediately struck by its natural beauty with a

is comfortable for summer or winter holidays and a central location
for exploring the sights of Puglia.

Bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week.
Daily maid service is available on request at an agreed price to be
paid locally.
The swimming pool is cleaned and maintained twice weekly.

20% DEPOSIT ON THE DAY OF BOOKING, BALANCE DUE 4 WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE.
Please note that an extra charge will be made for any gas central heating in the out of season months and this cost will be payable locally at the end of your stay based on usage.
Refundable deposit £300 for breakages to be paid locally to the representative.
